Thank you for your assistance and support throughout our group’s journey in China. It has been a pleasure working with you, and your professionalism has given us greater confidence in organising more trips to China.

Sending more than 40 guests on an extended journey across several destinations was a considerable responsibility for us. Before departure, we had concerns about coordinating the local arrangements and how quickly we could get help if something went wrong. Your team managed the ground services very well and kept us informed along the way. Your prompt responses, particularly when urgent situations arose, were reassuring for both our team and our guests.

We would also like to thank Zoe in Xi’an and Chap in Shanghai. They were knowledgeable, attentive and a pleasure to work with. Their care for the group made a real difference to the experience.

Thank you for your follow-up and feedback regarding our recent trip. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the students thoroughly enjoyed their time in Foshan and Chaozhou. You were absolutely correct that the bus ride from Guangzhou to Foshan was more convenient than taking the bullet train. The visit to the high-tech zone was particularly educational and inspiring for the students. The hotel accommodations were satisfactory, providing us with a meeting room that facilitated our class sessions and topic discussions, which we greatly appreciated.

However, I would like to note that the laundry services at the hotel were quite expensive for the students, and there was no self-service laundry facility nearby. Fortunately, our guide in Xi'an was exceptional; he assisted us in locating a laundry shop and even negotiated a more reasonable price. Regarding meals, they were generally good. The breakfast offerings at the hotel—coffee, cereals, toast, bacon, and omelets—were well-received.
