ChinaTourDMC places great importance on ensuring food safety and hygiene for every visitor during their travels in China. To guarantee that your guests will dine safely and enjoy a worry-free experience, we are in practice of the following guidelines and procedures for restaurant selection and food safety management:

Before Arrival in China

We maintain close communication with our partners and travel companies outside China to understand if any guests have specific food allergies or dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free, soy-free, or nut allergies. This information is communicated clearly to each destination, the tour guides, and our ground service teams to ensure that special meal requests are conveyed to the restaurants in advance.

Safe and Suitable Restaurant Selection

We ensure that every restaurant we work with complies with China’s Food Safety Law, bearing the official food safety certification marks. Additionally, all restaurant staff possess valid health certificates to guarantee proper hygiene standards.

Upon Arrival at the Restaurant

Our tour guides stay through the meal service on-site to confirm that the dishes served strictly follow the agreed requirements, preventing any accidental serving of unsuitable food items to guests.

During the Meal

Our ground service teams explain each dish to the guests, providing clear information that helps them feel confident and reassured about what they are eating.

Handling Food-Related Health Issues

Due to varying seasons, weather, and dietary backgrounds, occasional digestive issues like diarrhea or stomach discomfort may occur among international visitors. Food safety is a top priority for everyone, and we take comprehensive measures to minimize risks.

If any group members or guests experience symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, dehydration, or suspected food poisoning, our ground service team immediately reports the situation to our company. With the guest’s consent, we promptly accompany them to the nearest hospital for medical treatment while maintaining continuous communication with our company.

We notify your company immediately with detailed information about the incident and the proactive steps taken to address it.
Should there be any related expenses, we assist guests with contacting their insurance providers. If food poisoning is confirmed, we report the case to the relevant health supervision authorities to prevent recurrence.

ChinaTourDMC is fully committed to safeguarding your guests’ health and providing reliable, professional service throughout their stay in China.
