Safety Measures for China Tour Ground Service Hosting

Our ground service team and tour guides are experienced well-trained. During tours, guides proactively remind guests about areas with stairs or uneven roads to minimize the risk of falls or slips. Such locations include attractions, Parking Lots, restaurants, streets, airports, high-speed rail stations, and more.

On-Ground Safety Measures

Safe Vehicle Boarding and Alighting

Drivers ensure vehicles stop at safe and convenient locations for guests to get on and off, making sure the surrounding environment is secure.

Hotel Safety Protocols

We require hotels to place warning signs in areas that may become slippery after waxing or cleaning, especially in lobbies and other public spaces. Showers and bathtubs in hotel rooms must be equipped with non-slip mats.

Weather and Terrain Advisory

Based on the season, weather forecast, and local conditions, our tour guides provide guests with timely advice on appropriate clothing and footwear.
